Fulfillment Policy

Our standard fulfillment time frame is 7-14 business days from the the time the store closes. If the time frame goes over we do contact the school directly with an updated date.

REFUND POLICY
We do not offer refunds do to the personalization to the school. The only way we will give a refund is if we can’t fulfill the order due to inventory issues.

DELIVERY POLICY
We will deliver items to the school within the time frame arranged with the school noted on the school ordering page.

RETURN POLICY
Due to the the school logo being printed on the apparel we do not allow returns.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Customer may cancel orders within 24 hours of the order by emailing julie@onthemarkapparel.com.
